How to Reserve a Slot?

We require confirmed reservations with down payments.

A reservation in travel is crucial because it guarantees your spot on a flight, in a hotel room, or on a tour, effectively managing demand, preventing overbooking, and ensuring a smooth travel experience by providing access to specific dates and times while also allowing for planning and budgeting ahead of time; essentially, it secures your desired travel arrangements and minimizes the risk of disappointment due to unavailability.

Booking and Payment Terms Hotel Package

  • 85% payment is required to confirm reservation.

  • Official BIR receipt is issued upon deposit.

  • For transport service, ALL VALID ID’s shall be sent atleast 1 DAY before arrival day for smooth processing. (Data Privacy Act is implemented)

  • Booking is REBOOKABLE on any other date with atleast 1 day prior notice.

  • Booking is TRANSFERABLE to other guests.

  • Remaining balance shall be settled 1 DAY before arrival day via ONLINE PAYMENTS.

  • NO CANCELLATIONS FOR ANY PERSONAL REASONS OR UNFORESEEN EVENTS.

  • NON REFUNDABLE

  • CAN BE REBOOKED 45 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL DAY

  • REBOOKING DEPENDS ON AVAILABILITY OF PREFERRED DATE.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • 50% payment is required to confirm reservation.

  • Official BIR receipt is issued upon deposit.

  • Booking is REBOOKABLE on any other date with atleast 1 day prior notice.

  • Booking is TRANSFERABLE to other guests.

  • Remaining balance shall be settled 1 DAY before arrival day via ONLINE PAYMENTS.

  • 15% of the total package price will be charge for cancellations due to guests’s personal reasons or unforseen circumstances.

  • Full refund will be issued if the tour is cancelled due to typhoon or other natural phenomenon and government restrictions and ordinances.

  • Refund will be deposited to the client's account within 15-30 working days.
